Residuals Management Project – Te Aroha
FILTEC is proud to have partnered with Matamata-Piako District on another treatment plant upgrade, the Residuals Management Project in Te Aroha.
The end goal of this project is to improve the recovery / efficiency of the existing water treatment plant. To achieve this FILTEC will provide a solution that will allow the current lamella sludge and filter backwash water to be treated with the solids and sludge removed and dewatered and the supernatant returned to the source.
The heart of the treatment solution will use a proprietary Filtec lamella settler previously procured by MPDC and free issued back to us.
This project continues to build on the strong track record Filtec has with Matamata-Piako District Council delivering on their treatment process requirements.
