The innovative MESSNER Compact Aeration Panel has demonstrated notable success as an effective membrane aerator, generating fine bubbles to optimise oxygen supply in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
The newly introduced MESSNER Compact, featuring a durable, low-maintenance, and clog-resistant membrane made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), is free from plasticizers and other additives. The MESSNER Compact is an ideal option for both continuous and intermittent operation in wastewater treatment plants for municipalities and industries.
Due to its narrower shape, the Compact panel offers versatility in various tank geometries.
The aeration panel can be directly installed on the tank bottom or within a lifting frame. When installed on the tank floor, the aerator is elevated and levelled to compensate for uneven floors. Typically, it is connected to the primary air supply pipe using a downpipe (DN32) attached from above through an individual ball valve. All underwater steel components (aerators and fasteners) are crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel (A4)
