The SedVac is a solids removal system that effectively cleans the basin floor by removing the compression zone layer of sludge. Not only can SedVac handle heavy solids loadings, but can also handle varying levels of influent quality, making it an ideal system for facilities with typically challenging fluctuations in intake levels.
FILTEC Lamella Settlers
FILTEC have designed several proven Lamella Settlers. We have the in-house design and build capabilities to incorporate these tanks into a complete package plant system with floc tanks, sludge removal, chemical dosing, pipework and pumping.
Tube Settlers
Tube settlers offer an inexpensive method of upgrading existing water treatment plant clarifiers and sedimentation basins to improve performance. They can also reduce the tankage/footprint required in new installations or improve the performance of existing settling basins by reducing the solids loading on downstream filters.
