Matt Ewen
Having held the Managing Director role since 2014, Matt has a strong Engineering background with 20 years water experience, Matt cares deeply for his customers, his team and the wider industry with active involvement in Water NZ, WIOG, WEF and IFAT.
Amrita Kaur
Amrita is an experienced finance executive with 15 years' experience in privately held, NZX listed and private equity organisations in the technology services, travel, construction, engineering, and healthcare industries. A qualified chartered accountant, she is passionate about enhancing financial discipline and efficiency in businesses.
Steven Rumble
Steven is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with over 15 years' industry experience. He has experience in water and wastewater, client and contract management, operations, asset management and design/construction.
Jamie Macdonald
Based in Auckland, Jamie is an experienced versatile leader and mentor with a successful track record of delivery in a variety of challenging roles. He has solid general management skills including sales, marketing and project management.
David McRobert
David brings over a decade of expertise to FILTEC, specialising in water and wastewater assets, client relations, contract management, and equipment sourcing. His commitment to exceptional service ensures enduring partnerships, driving FILTEC's success in delivering top-tier water treatment solutions.
Nathan Swain
Nathan leads FILTEC’s Service, Products, and Marketing divisions, leveraging 15+ years of experience in water treatment. His technical expertise and product knowledge drive FILTEC’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions and exceptional service for clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Clive Rundell
Clive Rundle is a member FILTEC’s strategic advisory board along with the existing members David Geor and Matt Ewen. Clive is well known in NZ’s water industry from his previous roles as General Manager of Beca’s Water business and as a director of its JV and subsidiary boards for many years. Clive advises FILTEC’s leadership team on strategy as the company continues to expand its market share in NZ and Australia.
