FILTEC Lamella Settlers
FILTEC have designed several proven Lamella Settlers. We have the in-house design and build capabilities to incorporate these tanks into a complete package plant system with floc tanks, sludge removal, chemical dosing, pipework and pumping.
Tube Settlers
Tube settlers offer an inexpensive method of upgrading existing water treatment plant clarifiers and sedimentation basins to improve performance. They can also reduce the tankage/footprint required in new installations or improve the performance of existing settling basins by reducing the solids loading on downstream filters.
Clarifiers
Combined with state-of-the-art coagulation control, the Timbertanks Clarifier system is cost-effective at producing high quality water.
The SedVac Sediment Drudge System
The SedVac is a solids removal system that effectively cleans the basin floor by removing the compression zone layer of sludge. Not only can SedVac handle heavy solids loadings, but can also handle varying levels of influent quality, making it an ideal system for facilities with typically challenging fluctuations in intake levels.
Nijhuis Intelligent Dissolved Air Flotation System (i-DAF)
Meeting wastewater discharge requirements is essential for food and beverage manufacturers and wastewater treatment facilities. Diffused air flotation (DAF) technology enhances water clarity by removing suspended contaminants before downstream processing or discharge. Nijhuis's i-DAF system ,supplied by FILTEC, efficiently separate solids and organic matter, reducing chemical usage and improving wastewater treatment performance.
