MESSNER Classic Aeration Panel

The unique MESSNER Classic Aeration Panel has achieved remarkable success as an efficient membrane aerator, producing fine bubbles for optimal oxygen supply in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.

The proven MESSNER Classic, featuring a durable, low-maintenance membrane made from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) without plasticizers or additional additives, stands as the ideal choice for continuous or intermittent operation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.

This aeration panel is integrated either directly onto the tank's bottom or within a lifting frame. When installed on the tank floor, the aerator is elevated and levelled to compensate for uneven floors. Typically linked to the main air supply pipe via a downpipe (DN32) connected from above through an individual ball valve, the aeration panel's underwater steel components (aerators and fasteners) are crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel (A4).
